For our development and consultation services, we do not offer refunds as the work is often customized and personalized to meet the specific needs of our clients. However, we are committed to working with our clients to address any concerns and ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided.
For hardware or physical products, we offer a 45-day refund policy from the date of claim. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before issuing a refund.
